Natura-Beef Beef

To offer you the best quality meat, our young bull calves are raised for up to 10 months. Our farm is Natura-Beef certified. We allow our meat to mature for 18 days.

Our breeding cows are mainly of the Limousin breed. They graze in our woodland pasture in the Franches-Montagnes from May to November. The calves remain with their mothers, raised extensively. Their diet consists largely of mother's milk, later supplemented with grass and hay produced on the farm.

Swiss suckler cow guaranteed by certificate for each animal, ensuring compliance with Natura-Beef standards concerning age, origin, housing and feeding.

Outdoor-reared pork

Something new happening on the farm!

This year, we are offering «pasture-fed pigs», raised outdoors with access to woodland pasture, fed exclusively on cereals and grass.

Our aim is to produce a different quality of pork compared to conventional pork. Concerned for their welfare, we offer them the freedom and time to grow at their own pace.
